A: Yes. You may submit a complaint without revealing your name.

Q: What if the accused is a senior or my reporting manager?

A: The committee is independent. Seniority does not influence the investigation.

Q: What if I don’t have evidence?

A: You can still file a complaint. The IC will investigate and collect facts.

Q: How long will the process take?

A: You will receive confirmation within 24 hours. Investigation usually completes within 7–15 working days.

Q: Can my job be affected if I complain?

A: No. Retaliation or pressure against the complainant is strictly prohibited.
